Sally and Luis Ybarra (Olympic Contractor Services) have been residents at The Highlands since May 2009. We are happy to be members of the community and appreciate all the support that we have received from everyone here in Heritage Highlands. Steve and Sandi Parker – Complete Remodel including Removing Fireplace located in the middle of their Living area and relocating to a corner of their New Great Room. Fireplace was completed with Stone Face Tiles and turned out beautiful. The house was water damaged by a leaky toilet so all the flooring was replaced with new carpet and eighteen inch tiles. The Kitchen work included new custom cabinets, granite counter tops and beautiful horizontal back splash tiles. The house interior was painted throughout and all interior doors were removed, replaced and painted.
